About Dave

Dave graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 with a Masters of Physiotherapy degree following a four year honours degree in Kinesiology. Dave is also a partner at Back Works. 

​

Experience & Credentials: 

  • Completed his Intermediate Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy exam along with level 4 and 5 courses of the Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy Program

  • Completed post graduate work in acupuncture 

  • Has special interest and advanced skills in breathing assessment and retraining to help manage chronic pain conditions

  • Is a certified Gunn IMS practitioner

  • Completed Dr. Linda Joy Lee's Thoracic Ring Approach to assessment and treatment of neuro-muscular conditions

  • Worked with the Kitchener Rangers OHL hockey Team from 2013-2022

Beyond the Clinic

Dave and his wife, Michelle, have 2 active young children. He enjoys spending time with them and their 2 dogs - Labradoodle Piper and Irish Doodle Flynn.
