Reet completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Queen’s University, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Waterloo in 2023. During her studies, Reet developed a strong interest in injury rehabilitation and is passionate about helping individuals lead active, healthy lifestyles.

Originally from Kitchener, Reet is excited to return to the KW area to practice physiotherapy. She takes an evidence-based approach to care, creating individualized treatment plans that blend hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise programs. Her goal is to educate and empower clients to become active participants in their recovery, enabling them to return to the activities they love with confidence.

 

Whether it’s a gym session, a dance class, or an outdoor adventure, Reet loves finding fun ways to stay active. She also loves spending time with friends and family and is always on the lookout for new cafés to try!
