Claire Higgins

Claire is entering her final year of her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University, with plans to pursue a Master’s in Physical Therapy following graduation. She brings a strong passion for movement, health, and helping others achieve their physical goals.

Fun Fact: Claire is an avid hockey player and coach during the winter months. In the summer, she enjoys staying active through swimming, camping, and biking.
