Linda Collins

Linda began practicing yoga after retirement. She found the gentle movements were helpful in improving her mobility and alleviating arthritis pain. She is passionate about helping older adults like herself feel these benefits. Since 2020, her yoga classes focus on improving balance, ease of movement, range of motion, muscular strength, and functional mobility. Linda combines her training with life experiences to lead gentle, relaxing classes designed for better quality of life, adapting exercises to work with all levels of ability.
